Returns

2.Return Approval: Once your return is appoved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50.
Refunds
1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the plant and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.Processing: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 buisness days.

*We do offer free shipping on orders over $150.
Packaging
* We take great care to package our plants securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
* We make great attempts to reuse packaging materials as to not be wasteful. As such, your package may be unique in nature but shaped to protect your new plant from some of the hardships of travel.

*Some plants are only shipped during specific seasons to ensure they thrive upon arrival. You will be notified of any special seasonal shipping details at the time of purchase.
